Assistant Site Manager
Salary: Grade 2 (£17,391 to £18,672)
Full time (36.40 hours per week), full year
We are looking for an energetic, reliable and dedicated person to support the Site and Cleaning Managers in managing the overall security, maintenance, cleaning and operations of the school buildings and grounds. You will have an appetite for hard work and a commitment to maintaining the best possible learning and working environment for pupils and staff.
General duties will include supervision of cleaners, minor DIY repairs, grounds maintenance, porterage, site security and being a named key-holder. Hours of work will mainly be between 2.00 pm and up to 10.00 pm although earlier shifts may be necessary during school holiday periods as required by the Site Manager and will include some weekend work. You may also be asked to provide cover in our partner schools in the Dovestone Learning Partnership.
