Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Salary: £25,183 – £27,269 (£19,093 – £20,674 pro rata) Plus £1,391 SEN Allowance

32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days

Contract type and term: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint passionate and inspiring Teaching Assistants to support the learning of children with additional needs within mainstream classes.  Saddleworth’s SEN Department has a proven track record in supporting our students, with additional needs, to fulfil their full potential.  We are in need of self-motivated, calm, flexible team players who have an understanding of working with young people.  This post may be of interest to individuals who would like to gain some experience prior to a career in teaching.  If you are interested in joining a school where each individual member of staff is valued and supported, we look forward to receiving your application.
